Assistant Head of School, EYFS with Inclusion
Job Description:
- Promote the School vision and mission within the School community.
- Collaborate with the Head of School to lead and manage the EYFS team effectively.
- Assist with day-to-day running of the School, including covering classes and performing specific administrative roles.
- Provide guidance and support to EYFS staff in implementing inclusive practices.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to inclusion within the EYFS setting.
- Support the continuous professional development of EYFS staff in inclusion and diversity.
- Monitor the progress of all children within the EYFS setting, including those with additional needs.
- Use assessment data to identify gaps or areas for improvement in provision and practice.
