1. Interior Designer (ID) -High Rise
We are hiring for an Interior Designer with proven experience in high-rise tower fit-out projects is required. Relevant experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of interior design concepts in line with client vision and project requirements.
- Oversee space planning, material specifications, mood boards, and color schemes.
- Prepare and review detailed design drawings including 2D layouts and 3D visualizations using design software.
- Ensure the integration of lighting, furniture, finishes, and materials into cohesive interior environments.
- Present design proposals and mood boards to clients and stakeholders for approval.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Monitor the quality of design outputs, ensuring alignment with industry codes, health and safety standards, and sustainability practices.
- Visit project sites to evaluate the progress, resolve onsite issues, and ensure the design intent is fully realized.
- Manage procurement of interior materials and FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) with suppliers and vendors.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior designers, assigning tasks and reviewing their work.
- Ensure effective documentation and organization of project deliverables and approvals.
- Track progress and report to the Design & Planning Manager on project status, timelines, risks, and resources.

- Strong knowledge of interior design trends, materials, finishes, and codes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership capability, technical excellence, and the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions from concept through completion. Relevant high-rise experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of interior design concepts aligned with client vision, project briefs, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee space planning, material selection, finishes, mood boards, and color schemes to ensure cohesive and functional design outcomes.
- Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed design documentation, including 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
- Ensure seamless integration of lighting, furniture, finishes, and materials across all interior environments.
- Present design proposals, concepts, and mood boards confidently to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback where required.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and mock-ups to ensure compliance with design intent.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, and ensure quality and accuracy of implementation.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals, and design records throughout all project phases.
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to the Design & Planning Manager on timelines, risks, resources, and deliverables.
- Participate in value engineering exercises, proposing cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality or aesthetics.
- Ensure all design deliverables comply with industry standards, health and safety regulations, sustainability practices, and local codes.
- Coordinate closely with the Lead Interior Designer and perform additional duties as required.
Skills & Competencies
