1. Senior Helicopter Operations Coordinator
Minimum Experience / Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule helicopters and supply vessels to support offshore operations, including JV companies.
- Assess loads, operational priorities, and route efficiency for flights and supply vessels.
- Liaise with contractors, ports, haulers, material handlers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and cargo.
- Resolve conflicts in passenger and cargo bookings and coordinate schedules to prevent operational overlap.
- Compile daily status reports for military and organizational stakeholders.
- Serve as ‘Super-User’ for bespoke cloud-based logistics IT systems, troubleshooting issues and granting system access.
2. SHES Lead
Minimum Requirements / Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Project SHES Plans and ensure contractor SHES management systems are followed during T&I activities.
- Verify risk management programs, identify hazards, and ensure proper mitigation measures are applied.
- Conduct HSE audits, verify safe working practices, and monitor workforce competency.
- Coordinate emergency response plans and occupational health programs, with emphasis on heat stress periods.
- Participate in incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
3. Quality Lead (Topsides Fab Hookup)
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Maintain communication with Yard Fabrication team to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Implement company Quality Management System for EPC contractor activities.
- Provide feedback on quality performance, expedite closure of lessons learned, and coordinate with inspectors.
- Manage non-conformance and technical deviations in collaboration with Head of Quality and site engineering team.
- Identify areas of concern regarding progress or quality and recommend corrective actions.
4. Principal Engineer – Chlorine
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to plant strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
- Lead plant operations team, set objectives, manage performance, and develop staff.
- Monitor budgets, oversee operational plans, and approve production planning assumptions.
- Lead production planning and scheduling, ensuring shift operations meet production and quality targets.
- Supervise plant operations, coordinate maintenance, and provide technical guidance on start-up, shutdown, and commissioning.
- Monitor KPIs for production, maintenance, and HSE, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental, and process safety requirements.
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and represent plant in technical meetings.
5. Planning Lead
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas major projects.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or lead planning role.
- Experience working with EPC contractors and subcontractors.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
