1. Document Controller

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to manage project documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication between project teams. The candidate must have strong knowledge of document control procedures used in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and control all project documents (drawings, reports, letters, submittals, correspondences).
  • Maintain document logs, registers, and file structures as per company procedures.
  • Ensure proper document numbering, version control, and distribution to concerned teams.
  • Track incoming and outgoing documents using EDMS or manual systems.
  • Prepare transmittals and ensure timely circulation of documents.
  • Upload and manage documents in systems such as Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, etc.
  • Ensure documents comply with project quality and formatting requirements.

Requirements

2. Environmental Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Environmental Specialist to oversee environmental compliance, sustainability practices, and regulatory requirements for our ongoing construction projects. The role involves ensuring the project meets Qatar’s environmental standards and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar environmental regulations, Ministry of Environment & Climate Change (MoECC) requirements, and project-specific environmental standards.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIA), risk assessments, and environmental audits.
  • Prepare and submit environmental reports, permits, and documentation to authorities.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure proper waste management, pollution control, dust/noise mitigation, and spill prevention.
  • Coordinate with project management, HSE team, contractors, and consultants to ensure environmental compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Qatar environmental laws, MoECC regulations, and international environmental standards (ISO 14001).

3. CAD Operator

Job Description:

  • Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.
  • Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.
  • Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.
  • Updating software, drawings, and other documents.
  • Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.
  • Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.
