As the Domain Delivery Lead at Nokia, you will spearhead the delivery of Services and Care for the Domain S&C Unit across your designated market. Your role is pivotal, acting as the primary liaison with the Market Services organization to ensure our DDU deliverables meet contractual obligations with exceptional quality. You will lead a team of Delivery Managers, driving collaboration across various delivery teams while addressing revenue-impacting risks and challenges. - Define and implement efficient delivery models using local and remote resource pools to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Act as the primary interface with the S&C Market Services organization to address and resolve domain-specific delivery issues.
- Manage and mitigate revenue-impacting risks by collaborating with market services teams and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Support the Market Services leader with customer management and act as a point of contact for critical project deployments.
- Lead a team of DDU-Delivery Managers, driving effective service delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics.
- Oversee resource allocation to optimize team efficiency, ensuring alignment with cost baselines and timely project execution.
- Participate in pre-sales and planning phases to validate scoping, costing, and readiness of DDU deliverables.
Key Skills And Experience
- You have:
- 20+ years of experience in business management and leadership of large cross-functional Core Networks projects
- Strong leadership, influencing, and facilitation skills with a proven track record in driving results
- Experience interfacing with customers and managing critical project deployments
- Knowledge of Core Networks technologies and Nokia's portfolio
- It would be nice if you also had:
- Expertise in financial/commercial planning and controlling at CNS business unit and Nokia business group levels
- Experience with pre-sales support and project planning phases (G3-G6)
- People coaching experience with a focus on adaptability and inclusiveness
- Ability to work seamlessly across different Domain Delivery Units
