Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce the company HSE plan, procedures, and site-specific risk assessments.

• Monitor compliance with PTW, LOTO, confined space, work-at-height, lifting, hot work, and other critical control procedures.
• Conduct HSE inductions and refresher trainings for employees, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Report, investigate, and document incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic HSE performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate is required.
• Additional certifications such as IOSH Managing Safely, first aid, fire warden, or PTW / Work Permit Receiver are an advantage.
• 3–5 years of site-based HSE experience in construction, oil & gas, industrial, maintenance, or similar projects.
• GCC or Qatar experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Qatar HSE regulations and effective communication skills in English.
