Key Responsibilities

• Lead successful execution of Grid Automation orders booked in Qatar.
• Monitor important project KPIs including revenue, cash flow, inventory, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure order execution activities follow Hitachi Energy policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, HSE requirements, financial targets, and schedule commitments.
• Build strong customer relationships and support customer satisfaction through on-time project execution.
• Coordinate with factory management and project teams to support contract fulfilment and project review.
• Identify risks, negotiate solutions, resolve escalated customer issues, and support effective project control across scope, time, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, or an equivalent strong technical background.
• Experience in Hitachi Energy products such as IEDs and SCADAs with exposure to project management in Qatar.
• Minimum three years of project management experience.
• PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead teams and convince stakeholders in the interest of the project.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects with time, cost, and quality expectations.
• SAP or another ERP platform knowledge is an advantage.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
