1. Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator
This opportunity is available in Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation and site deliveries
- Track shipments and follow up with suppliers and freight forwarders
- Manage receiving, inspection, storage, loading, unloading and dispatch of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems
- Conduct stock counts and inventory reconciliations
- Maintain GRNs, delivery notes, material transfer forms, reservation forms and shipment documents
- Coordinate with Procurement, Projects, Sales, suppliers and site teams
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures and safety standards
- Prepare logistics and inventory reports
Requirements and Qualifications
- Relevant experience in logistics, warehouse and inventory coordination
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong coordination, follow-up and organizational skills
- Good communication and reporting abilities
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
