Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime and timesheets.
• Prepare monthly payroll data and coordinate with Accounts.
• Manage onboarding, transfers, promotions, warnings and offboarding.
• Prepare contracts, letters, memos and disciplinary notices.
• Coordinate recruitment, CV screening and interviews.
• Follow up QID, visas, medical exams and employment documents.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain ERP records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in Qatar.
• Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR procedures.
• Experience in payroll, attendance, recruitment and employee relations.
• Microsoft Office and HR/ERP proficiency.
• Good English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Candidates currently in Qatar with transferable visa/NOC are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise irrigation installation, operation and maintenance.
• Design and review irrigation networks, layouts and drawings.
• Inspect pumps, controllers, valves, sprinklers, drip systems and pipelines.
• Prepare irrigation schedules and diagnose faults.
• Lead technicians and workers and coordinate with project teams.
• Monitor water consumption and prepare technical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Irrigation Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience; Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Knowledge of landscaping irrigation, automatic irrigation and controllers.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and BOQs.
• AutoCAD and MS Office are preferred.
• Qatar driving licence and transferable visa/NOC are preferred.
