Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in a lighting-manufacturing factory.
- Strong understanding of LED lighting products, electrical components and manufacturing processes.
- Experience supervising factory production teams and coordinating daily production activities.
- Ability to monitor production schedules, quality, manpower and material requirements.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Lighting-manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
