This opportunity is available with Danat Qatar in Doha, Qatar.
Role Focus and Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and maintain a professional reception experience.
- Administer incoming and outgoing calls and provide information about compound facilities.
- Open and close the reception area and inspect clubhouse facilities each morning.
- Manage customer-service arrangements, bookings and reservations for compound facilities.
- Administer move-in and move-out procedures and coordinate leasing contracts and tenant cheques with the leasing department.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Male, not more than 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience in a high-end residential property, luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
- Excellent phone etiquette and English communication skills
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work with minimum supervision
- Good use of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills and professional appearance
- Flexible and ready to work extra time when needed
