1. Lead AI Engineer
This opportunity is available with EPAM Systems in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy AI search and retrieval systems.
- Advise on AI adoption strategies including RAG, agents and copilots.
- Build AI pipelines with embeddings, vector stores, retrieval and LLM integrations.
- Develop governance, observability and responsible-AI practices.
- Drive training and mentoring for AI-enabled engineering workflows.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years building production AI systems or 2+ years in production LLM/RAG solutions.
- Strong Python, RAG, cloud, Kubernetes and CI/CD knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Integrate RAG, agents and automation into microservices and enterprise platforms.
- Build agentic AI use cases with responsible-AI guardrails.
- Deliver production LLM, retrieval and embedding integrations in Java/Spring Boot.
- Deploy solutions on AKS and Azure and maintain CI/CD readiness.
