1. Parts Wholesale Manager

Lead the automotive spare-parts wholesale business, grow revenue and market presence, develop dealer and sub-dealer channels, and manage profitability and market share.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed forecast monthly and annual sales and profit targets, while analyzing market dynamics to capture new business.
- Expand the customer base and sub-dealer network, monitor channel performance, and maintain alignment with operating policies and procedures.

2. L1 & L2 Support Engineer (ITS & Tolling)
This opportunity is available with Mannai Corporation in Doha, Qatar.
Provide 24/7 operational and technical support for the OMNIA Traffic Management System and tolling back-office systems, maintaining availability, performance, and transaction integrity against SLAs and project KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Monitor HCI/VxRail clusters, physical servers, Data Domain storage, roadside cabinets, workstations, and laptops in real time.
- Validate core applications including SAP S/4HANA, CRM and databases, together with roadside subsystems, to protect end-to-end transaction integrity.
- Perform L1/L2 troubleshooting for system, application, and network faults and escalate complex issues to L3 or OEM support.
- Carry out formal shift handover and takeover processes to transfer open incidents and operational tasks without gaps.
- Execute controlled change requests and record faults, maintenance, and activity data in IBM Maximo EAMS and CRMS.

Responsibilities
- Oversee 24x7x365 NOC operations and maintain smooth daily service delivery.
