Responsibilities
- Lead QA/QC activities across all phases of major EPCC projects.
- Manage QA/QC teams, inspectors and quality activities across project and site locations.
- Ensure compliance with project quality plans, EPCC contract requirements, procedures and approved ITPs.
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, construction, EPCC contractors, subcontractors and vendors on quality matters.
- Lead mechanical completion quality activities, including punch-list classification and closure.
- Monitor quality risks and provide technical input to project management and senior leadership.
- Support project reporting, lessons learned and continuous quality improvement.
- Ability to technically review quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with engineering and project teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and manage QA/QC activities for major expansion projects. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and strong technical QA/QC knowledge across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, with the ability to manage contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar major expansion projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/QC leadership role.
- Proven experience managing QA/QC across the EPCC project lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ITPs, RFIs, inspections, audits, NCRs, deviations, concessions and corrective actions.
- Experience managing quality requirements with EPCC contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
- Strong communication, reporting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
