• Strong experience in HVAC controls and central chiller plants.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Act as the technical interface between maintenance teams, contractors, client representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor civil-maintenance performance against KPIs, KPRs, SLAs and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate defect investigations, rectification works and corrective or preventive actions.
• Monitor civil and architectural assets including fabric, ceilings, walls, floors, doors, glazing, waterproofing, drainage, finishes and façade elements.
• Coordinate contractors and specialist vendors and monitor progress, quality, workmanship and compliance.
• Conduct and participate in site inspections, technical assessments, surveys and work-completion inspections.
• Prepare maintenance reports, performance updates, defect trackers and management reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Stores to ensure required materials, spare parts and services are available.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineers, supervisors, technicians and maintenance teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of Civil/Architectural maintenance experience within Facilities Management, infrastructure, transportation or a similar environment.
• Experience working within KPI/KPR-driven maintenance contracts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large-scale facilities, infrastructure or rail/Metro environments is preferred.
• UPDA/MMUP certification is preferred.
• FM certification such as FMP, CFM or equivalent is an advantage.

Skills

• Building fabric maintenance, waterproofing, defect assessment, architectural finishes and civil rectification works.
• Knowledge of Qatar regulations, building standards, safety requirements and compliance standards.
